Reverse Engineering

Customers provides us with their existing packaging, we reverse engineer a more sustainable solution that runs on their current packing or filling lines without compromise.

Without having to change any tooling or their sealing and lidding systems.

We offer a complete conversion from plastic to fibre, no capital costs involved!

How do we do this?

Ou engineers will analyse the existing packaging.
We will collaborate with the customers to develop new designs. We can provide 3D prints.
Once the design is approved, we will make a prototype tool to provide production quality samples.
The customer can use these samples for their internal testing (denesting, sealing, sleeving, barrier, cooking).
Once approved, we go into production and deliver.
